Ok... So classes were suspended for all levels since there was a threat of a typhoon stronger than the last one that caused a major blackout in the city... And what do we get??? Nada... It was bright and sunny... And, as of this writing, I have yet to see a drop of rain fall from the sky...Well, at least the kids got to celebrate the holiday for today...
