Quotes From Books
Wednesday, September 27, 2006
Men are like books. Some tell tales of romance, some with deceiving covers, some with shallow content, some obsolete yet reliable. Many claim to be a "new edition" only to find out they tell "the same old stories." A book is to be opened and read to appreciate its worth. If it fails to meet your expectations, leave it. Anyway, it's the reader's prerogative - books don't choose you, you choose your books. And after the long research in the library, you get to choose only one... One book to be brought home.Pong: One book to take home at the end of the day... Therefore, one man a day...
Estee: One man a day, so 7 men a week.
Fhel: Estee, 6 men a week lang, sarado ang library pag Sunday.
Estee: Si Pong kaya 7 women a week.
Pong: Teka, men are like books daw, walang nabanggit na women!

Eunice: Di nga ako maka 1 man a year eh.
Estee: Ako nga, baka one man in every 20 years.

CK: What if I frequent the library, 3 books per day!
Estee: Grabe, 3 men a day. Ano yun, vitamins?
