Samu't saring e-mail... May seryoso... At meron ding papagkunin ka pa ng salamin para ipamukha sa iyong unggoy ka...Basta, it is one thing to be exposed to evil (or blasphemy, if they want to put it that way) and another to succumb to it... Si Jesus, exposed din sa evil... Tempted a number of times ng devil dun sa desert...
Free will...
I don't see why people are making such fuss about it... Baka dahil bored sa work... Ahem... :-)
Quote from an e-mail: "Why are we going to pay for a movie that we know is blasphemous and insulting to our Lord and at the same time contribute to the earnings of these propagators of falsehoods? Are we going to participate in this venture by seeing a movie that seeks to destroy the testimony of Jesus Christ? Are you going to contribute and encourage Hollywood producers in making more movies that are an affront and makes a mockery of your faith?"
So why are you paying for a movie that showcases stealing (Ocean's 11, 12, and soon to be 13), killing (Kill Bill, Saving Private Ryan), or adultery (The English Patient, Unfaithful) - the same issues that the Commandments lobby against? As someone said, the Commandments are not multiple choice... Either you live by it, or you don't...
So sit back, relax, watch a movie...
Thank you to the contributors - Jas for the e-mail, Ana, Jode, and Rage for the movies.
